1. How can I check my order history?
You can check your orders on [My page > order list] and select the order you wish to cancel.
*An item is eligible for cancellation if the order at the stage of [Payment Complete or Pending]
2. What if my order is canceled?
If the order is canceled due to inventory issue, we will cancel your order and notify you by e-mail.
3. Do I have to pay duty and import charges?
Your order will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service and you may be required to pay duties
and taxes on your purchase when it arrives in the destination country.
Please note, the customs office may contact you in advance of delivering the goods.
4. What payment methods does MLB KOREA accept?
